After successful completion of the Hospitality & Tourism Skill Course, learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, including hotels, travel agencies, airlines, resorts, and event management sectors.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding guests' needs and requirements, handling complaints, and maintaining professional etiquette.
- Apply effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills while interacting with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Perform hospitality operations related to the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, travel, and tourism activities.
- Use information technology and digital tools relevant to hospitality and tourism services, reservation systems, and customer relationship management systems.
